The drive shaft revolves around the stationary bowl in one direction while the beater spins in the opposite direction—so you get perfectly mixed ingredients every time. And it's powerful enough to mix even the thickest ingredients. A 6-speed control dial lets you adjust speed smoothly, and it also has a pulse function.
