Your satisfaction is very important to us. If at any time you're not 100% delighted with an item you ordered from us, just send it back within 60 days of receipt for an exchange or refund of the merchandise amount (excluding original and return shipping charges). We'll gladly either:

When returning an item, use the original packaging and pack it securely. Please adequately insure your item in case you need to make a claim with the carrier you choose for returning your item.
Include your order number and reason for return. We recommend keeping the receipt for 4 weeks.
It may take up to two billing cycles to see the credit for returned items on your paper billing statement.
You may also verify your returned item by checking your account status online. You will see a credit for the item in 2-4 weeks after your return has been processed.
